I found these cute photographs in an antique store in Anna, Illinois. There is no information on the back of the pictures. It looks to me like these cute little children are playing the childhood game "London Bridge is Falling Down."

Found Photos, More J.H. Trotter Jr. Family
I was passing through Anna, Illinois last weekend and decided to stop in at my favorite antique store, Memory Lane Antiques. And guess what I found, more scrap book pages of J.H. Trotter Jr.'s family. I guess I am the only one interested in these pictures as I believe it was over a year ago I purchased the other pages of the Trotter family at Shoreham.
More family pictures with Gene. He must have been their first child. You know the old saying about the first born child has tons of pictures and the last born has none. No? Well maybe that's just a saying in my family. Hahaha.
Could this picture below be one of the missing photos?
One of the pictures below does have "Gene" written on top of it.
I probably wouldn't post the picture below because, well, there is no picture. But it does give us
names that could help someone identify this family. So hope you don't mind me posting a somewhat blank page.
I may be wrong on the name Marjorie on this page...but it looks like the j is dotted as well as the i.
Other wise I'd probably say it says Maryann or Marylou. Also guessing that cousin Marjorie is the daughter of Aunt Marjorie. So maybe Enid and George are also children of Aunt Marjorie.
I love the page bellow. It reminds me of the altered art and scrapbooking people are doing now days. The page does not tell us that this is Gene. But if you look at the photos from my post "Found Photos, J.H. Trotter Jr. Family, at Shoreham", you'll see other photos of this same cute boy labeled Gene.

Found Photos, J.H. Trotter Jr. Family, At Shoreham
I found these photographs in an antique store in Anna, Illinois called Memory Lane Antiques. They always have a nice selection of old photos, postcards, books, and other things right up my alley. I bought these pictures because I love old photos of people enjoying a day at the beach.
I did some googling and found several different Shorehams. The most comman occurance was Shoreham by the Sea in England. But in looking around I found there is a town called Shoreham in Minnesota that has many lakes nearby. The landscape and water on those lakes in Minnesota look more like these pictures to me than Shoreham by the Sea in England. But it's just a guess. Maybe someone else out there has an idea. Or even better if someone knows this "J.H. Trotter Jr. family".
Does anyone have a Gene Trotter in their family? That's the only complete first name given (the little boy with white blonde hair).
Enjoy! The pictures of the children are so CUTE!

One of My Favorite Postcards from My Collection
I found this postcard in a local antique store in Southeast Missouri. Have no idea on location or the people in the postcard. The back gives no clues either. But I really like the postcard. Just thought I'd share it with you.
